These recommendations were drafted by their author without significant input from others, and are by no means final. Discussion is invited, either through the discussion forum mailing list (link given below) or by private e-mail.

Research remaining:

• Finish work on demographics for comparison cities.
• Finish preparation of crime map (someone else is doing this)
• Find additional data to complete report on membership of cults and eastern religions.
• Map locations of churches and recently deceased churches.
• Map locations of bars and "adult" establishments.
• Map cult, native and eastern religion worship sites, and sites of apparent recent pagan sacrifices, etc.
• Finish research in Topeka history, 1915 and following.
• Finish research, collect comments and rewrite page on Topeka race relations.
• Finish research and rewrite page on Charles Sheldon and Charles Parham.
• Collect comments and rewrite page on treatment of Native Americans.
• Collect comments and redraft recommendations for action
